Then we get the container delivered to us legally and everything, and the original owner has to file a complaint, and an insurance claim but if the container is illegal – they cannot do so.”

The plan made sense, much more sense than her aggressive ‘hop the fence see what you have to kill’ plan she had been sketching out in her head. She linked up the burner phone and double checked all the technical terms Ben had used and read some article on shipping containers and some infomercials on the systems, just to make sure she knew what they were.

Containers apparently were identifiable both with a digital SIN, as well as with a painted SIN. These are 8 digits numbers including two letters, indicating the country of origin. “I’ll make the arrangements, I hope you are not claustrophobic.”

Alex decided it was time for bed. She walked a spiral back to the hotel.
Wolf walked behind her grizzling and grumbling about not staying with the pups.
Alex stopped “this is a dangerous place do you want more names to remember? Look we are doing this job because it right and it money then we are back to London or Newyork”

“oh” she stamped her foot in frustration “you are so impossible”
They walked on in silence
Sure their six was clear she went on into the hotel she sorted her gear, cleaned her weapon, and check batteries.
Showered and fed she curled up with wolf and they slept. Wolf kept her in the field chasing rabbits, pursaded her to stay when Enrique called her to came away. She slept deeply -
Shira spent the time making arrangements over the link and piecing together a plan along with Ben. They had all the things they needed to succeed, a container of toys purchased legally, which should arrive on a skeleton crewed ship to arrive in the harbor. Her expensive deck, had a satellite dish so matrix coverage was possible, and Negev had to bring Alex to the ship in the first place. The job was simple, get unloaded into the port, wait until late at night, switch containers and wait within the other container. Ben vetoed sneaking into the port as there are not many living being there at night and the watcher would identify an intruder imminently. Between the containers, however. With the many obsticles, it was possible to hide. The kids acted very maturely as they prepared everything, including the equipment they thought they needed to pull it off.
At about 7:00 AM Ben texts Alex.
>> We are ready, the kids worked all night to figure out a plan. Be kind to them, the final decision is yours. Have you tried Israeli breakfast? Brunch more likely… Unless you wake up early. We’re at the usual place, prepping the details. -
Alex woke up at 7. Gathered her gear together. She arrived at the bolt hole by 8 ish. She had taken her time to make sure she was not followed.
Wolf padded noisely behind her, once inside he left her
Alex found Ben in the kitchen. She dumped her bag on the ground.
“right then! what grade if trouble we brewing today then?” -
Ben says “Looking to avoid them, I challenged the kids to find a plan that relies as little on personal skill, but can assume it if things go south. They better learn to plan carefully if they want to survive this world.” … Shortly after Ben preps a table outside at the edges of the vineyard with an omelet, salad different kind of cheese, Tehina, and Olives. Negev and Shira are shortly joining, they seem terribly energetic for people that were presumably working all night.

Alex took a seat. Neatly arranging herself, she stole a cube of cheese daintily placing it in her mouth. Wolf sniffed and snuffles around the table, chairs, children and finally the trees.
Alex smiled at the beauty of the normality of it all, then the job at had intruded and the work head went back on.
“right!” she crisply addressed the children “lets wait for uncle Ben to finish laying out the table then you can deliver your plan, OK.” she lok around “Ben, poppet do you need a hand there?” -
Ben works and finishes setting the table promptly giving plates, and glasses to whoever came to set the table and then bring the food. Simple, raw food, which is somehow rare in many places where processed food is the norm. Part of the charm in living in an agricultural place. Nevev and Shira seemed to enjoy the food but were eager to participate.
“Let’s start at the end,” Negev said. “You swap the SINs of a container of toys with the container we want to steal and erase the digital tags with a tag eraser. Once you replaced the SINs, you open the container we want to steal and hide inside. Close the door after you. Day after one of Ben’s contacts will take you back to civilization. We purchased a container for the swap, so we feel committed to this course of action.
The lock will be busted, but we checked that customers sometimes do random inspections and break locks, it is not unheard-off, the owner of such containers can file insurance claims if there is damage to their goods. Since we own the container, nobody can complain. The bad guys will have their own container locked and will not be suspicious until they open the door.
Shira added “The challenging part is to get you inside the harbor without risking a firefight with security, and without exposing yourself to their watcher spirits. Here, we planned on doing magic to sneak you to a ship and have that ship carry you to port when you are disguised as a dog or a rat or something that would not raise suspicion, and would not raise suspicion if they spot you running toward the containers to get lost there.
The problem with that plan is your gear, anything from clothes to the tag reader to a gun, to the lockpick device. So if you want that route we’ll need to plant your equipment somewhere in the port we can still do that in a third container that we ship out. The farmers here export produce routinely so we can place a few misc items in the container. ” She paused
“There is also a simpler option, fewer moving parts but more skill. Ben can sneak you to a ship with all your equipment. Stash your equipment, and then change yourself or just remain fully dressed and hidden.
There is also the option of sneaking in from the beach side, while Ben discourages direct obvious approach my drones did notice that several prostitutes do get inside likely without authorization so no need to sneak in. “
