From the IC desription, didn’t sound like Al would have any trouble adding the plastique to the drone.

But in case it is necessary, here is a Pickpocket test to do it without setting off any alarms.
put bomb on drone: 13d6t5 5

If the Light Fingers power works on drones, then it is also -5 dice on its opposing roll.
(Rules not clear if it is a Mana or Physical effect – I suppose you could argue it either way.)
