I don’t know if alerts will go off at a sudden loss of connectivity – what you describe is more what I’d expect if someone tried to use the Brute Force action.

Otherwise no problem – although the cyberware scanners would probably register that a drone is carrying a cybered person.
Since this is the entrance where EMTs carry their haul from the ambulance into the building, I don’t think there is a full alert every time cyberware is detected (or even a weapon – this is a cyberpunk world where the EMTs are packing themselves). But that can probably be attributed to there having been a terror attack and everyone being on elevated alert levels.
