I have it comparably easy on the family side of things (just have a 22 year old occupying the couch on a semi-permanent basis at the moment, wife is laid off work for the duration). But I admit that I’d really appreciate my brain and adrenal gland to just relax. I can’t do much of anything about the situation, and making me sleep only a bit better than Al is definitely not going to make anything better.

Not sure if it the wound up thoughts or the poor sleep, but I’ve been sucking at remembering to come post. Sorry for the slow pace this past week.
