If I was to write up a Blood Elf, they would still be prickly and bleeding, yes?

And I might be able to dig up my ED books, but it would be so much easier if someone else already know the answer to the following question:
Is there anything like the (Un)Seelie Court then? Or is that created after? (If so, I would very much like to be pointed out where to find that information.)
