Speaking of things we might want to establish via flashback: a communication plan (or any sort of plan) between Bobby and AM/Mato.

AM and Mato can scan the ground floor, Bobby does the upper floors, and maybe AM can help (via cameras?) for the upper floors. If Bobby spots the target, he can come crawl on us. If Bobby doesn’t spot the target, maybe he can come crawl on us anyway. Mato can excuse himself to the rest room, Bobby can transform, Mato hands over Bobby’s clothes (if Bobby isn’t going to retransform right away), and then we can compare notes about the target location and next steps.
