Stuttr moved in with his dad. I don’t hear from him that much, his work is really busy and then dealing with his dads stuff after the stroke… He came to visit me in the hospital at first but I think he just got busy. I’m surprised he didn’t say anything to anyone. I’ll let him know you guys asked about him when I hear from him next.

Hey guys It’s me Ennui. Look I know It’s been a while I’m terribly sorry I left you guys hanging but I ended up getting very sick and I’ve spent some times in the hospital having a double mastectomy and some chemo therapy, I’m on some pretty heavy duty painkillers so please forgive any rambling or typos. I’m sorry I missed out on this game . The doctor says I’m in remission so as long as I keep up with my rehab it shouldn’t cause any further probably. ON the bright side I receieved my fist piece of cybernetics. My insurance covered 70% of my boob job.

I didn’t want you guys to think I had just abandoned you. I’d also like to keep playing Lizzie if that’s okay with you Mercy

As dawn comes upon me I sit my my ritual circle to summon a Water spirit. The spirits are uncooperative today and it takes three attempts to convince one to serve me. I show the the path to take in my mind and request that it use it’s powers to travel along that line until such time as we reach our destination your contract runs out or I otherwise require it.

I rig into the boat and set course for London after docking and recalling my drones and vehicles. Hack into the meteorological sites to check the weather. Smooth sailing though there will be some choppy weather in the Mediterranean ,

I was more in league with the big D and now Draco Foundation but since his death I work more with Schwartzkopf. If you have suggestions about rewriting it I’m fine with that. It’s pretty rough as is.

A dozen vid-screens matrix rendered in a semi-circle ripple and flux with motion and data as I watch them explore and dissect their sector of Hong Kong. Each a feed to a drone searching for people with information. Every once in a while I I push forward into a specific one jumping into the anthropomorphic drones conducting the search to speak directly and make inquiries. The target of my most recent obsession: Mo Tze’s Key. The rumors about this artifact have convinced me that this is in fact a bound consciousness, the study of which may hold the key to permanent mental translocation via magic or a key to possibly finding a way to download consciousness.

I stretch a bit, forgetting that it wouldn’t help in the Matrix prompting a glance at the time. “0500 hours?” I think to myself. “I’ve been at this for over 12 hours. I should take a break for a bit.”

I ease out of hot sim and into the cold slow AR and then stretch for real this time. The sun hasn’t come up yet but you can just start seeing the light. The lights from the yacht reflect lazily on the water around us. A nap and a bite to eat should do the trick. If I don’t find it in the next few days perhaps I’ll head to Seattle or maybe visit Schwarzkopf and see if he has any leads on new, or old, artifacts that might interest us.
