Adding the one team-work die from AM, Jawsey has 15 dice on the con test (assuming no other modifiers — I could argue for her being skeptical but I could also argue the bombs and tendrils have an evidence of violence and magic, so no modifiers seems reasonable)

OK, who do we try to sell the card to? I’d maybe vote the creepy lady in the hotel room, but I’m not sure we actually have contact info for her (we were sent to a location by Gao). Other options?

We don’t have contact info for her. And the fact that she was in a hotel room suggests that she might have moved on.
ICly, Mato already suggested Cheng Mu Chou (the Elder) – the guy with a club down in Tacoma – as someone with 1) interest, 2) deep pockets, and 3) owes us a favor (maybe, hopefully) for retrieving his wayward son.

We can also sell it to Nightmare – the Haloweener leader – we know he is deep into these cards (he kidnapped the boy in the first chapter just to get his hands on one of these cards).
I agree with Tec that it is less risky to deal with Chou.

Two quick notes:
– Jack, I leave it to you on whether Chen gets back to us or not.
– Ditto on whether there are squatters or the like around to go interrogate. -
This is super weird. When I try to put in the links to orokos it either won’t submit, or makes the post vanish (resulting in the odd situation where it may say I posted just minutes ago but the last the visible post was yesterday. I’ve had three posts disappear now after I tried editing in the orokos link.
Jawsey got 3 on his force 3 levitate, and four on the soak roll. Will see if I’m having issues still tomorrow, and if I do I’ll investigate more.

@Beta, this is probably the same issue we were having back on page 2 of the OOC thread.
RPG Playroom doesn’t seem to like:
1) the url= tag;
2) and the https:// in front of orokos.If you want to post an Orokos roll, you have to drop both, so it looks like this:

I made Mato 1.85m (6’1″), which is little bit short for an ork (average 1.90 meters) but I was trying to go after the “small, scrawny ork” theme. In hindsight, I should have made him even shorter, but at the time I was probably thinking that the ork average was 2.0 meters.It’s not a real complaint; I’m just trying to see the world as Mato would see it. I was musing over possibilities and I was thinking that a Strength 10+ ork could probably hold up a Body 2 / Strength 1 elf pretty easily. Per the rules, Mato can lift 50 kilos over his head without a test, which would get AM about 2.5 meters off the ground. Honestly, even this is a bit ridiculous in terms of being too light, because I can lift that much myself and I am far smaller than a Strength 10 ork.

Well, you can buy hits in strength + body – to get to lift slightly more and it is without a test as well so no need to roll to lift AM. (she is 50-60kg).

Up until this weekend I had no trouble posting Orokos rolls with just copy and paste. So odd that it changed! And will make phone posting of rolls even more something to be avoided :-/

Jack, if AM hacked the camera she also has a mark on the police host? Can she use this mark to run the license plate and find its owner?

Jawsey won’t get AM’s message until done with the troll — as Mato pointed out, Jawsey both made this complicated and cut himself off from ARO. (Fragging magicians, right?).
Once Jawsey does get the message, he has a KE forensic mage contact who might be able to run a plate, but as Mato also pointed out there is a high chance that it has a morphing license place (Fragging shadowrunners, right?), so I don’t know if it is worth pulling any degree of KE attention for this?
I’d assume that there are a variety of ‘police’ hosts, but at the very least, I’d think that all the traffic cameras in the area would be on the same host, so AM’s mark on one camera should let her into that host, and she could identify other cameras and perhaps follow the truck for a while (most likely it will soon pull into a garage with a matrix dead zone, but we won’t know if we don’t try to trace it)

I imagine that it will be the same for most people, but my posting will be erratic for the next two weeks.
I’ll have internet access the whole time and will be able to keep up with things, but I won’t always have a keyboard handy. If I post from my phone, I might format things differently (less color, etc.).
